Where does a journey begin? Is it when you take that first step out the door of your house? When you turn the ignition key to start driving? Or is it when you first hear about a new and interesting place and immediately start thinking that you have to go there? What if your destination isn’t a place at all – not a physical location that can be found on a map, but rather a state of mind or an urge to explore, meet people and grow as a human being? How do you then pinpoint the start?
We have always been travelling, in one way or the other. It has been our job to travel and it has been our passion. It still is. In that we find soulmates around the globe, all of whom have been struck by the same enigmatic wanderlust. Some of them may never leave the comfort of their sofa, but they travel nevertheless. Because a journey isn’t necessarily about geography – although for us it quite often is; it’s about curiosity. It’s about learning new things. Where you chose to start that journey is entirely up to you, but should you want to look into our way of doing it. This is as good a place as any to start.
